Mukiz

Official Tournament Rules

1. Organizer

This tournament is organized by MUKIZ, a simplified joint stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €11,764, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 931 251 219.
The company’s registered office is located at 99 boulevard Constantin Descat, 59200 Tourcoing, France.

MUKIZ develops and operates mobile and digital applications.
The company is represented by its President, Mr. Guillaume Bouxin, and its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jules Dubernard.

2. Tournament Purpose

Tournaments organized on the Mukiz application and on the web version play.mukiz.com allow users to compete by achieving the highest possible score on the single, mandatory playlist selected for the active tournament.

These rules are available directly in the Mukiz application throughout the entire tournament period.

Each tournament runs for a variable duration. The official start and end dates and times are strictly those displayed in the application or on the web version, which shall prevail as the sole official reference.

To participate, users must create a Mukiz account and remain actively connected to the application. The tournament may only be played on the associated playlist. No other playlist or game mode may be selected.

3. Participation Conditions

Mukiz tournaments are open to any person holding a valid Mukiz account and able to access the application or the web version play.mukiz.com. Only one account per person is permitted. Any use of multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these rules.

Access to a tournament is limited to users located within the geographical area for which the tournament is available. The location detected by the application or the web version shall be considered authoritative. The organizer reserves the right to exclude any participant whose location is concealed, altered, or falsified, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or similar tools.

Participation is subject to the prize being eligible for delivery in the participant’s country of residence. If a payment or delivery method is unavailable in the winner’s territory, the organizer shall not be required to provide the prize by any alternative means.

Members of the Mukiz team and individuals working directly for the company may participate in tournaments but are not eligible to win. If a team member appears in the final ranking, their score shall be disregarded and the prize shall be awarded to the next eligible participant.

Participants may enter the tournament as many times as they wish during the tournament period, provided that only one account is used per person. One free ticket is granted every 24 hours. Additional tickets may be purchased to replay, without increasing the chances of winning other than by obtaining a higher score. The purchase of tickets does not provide any advantage in score calculation or tournament mechanics.

Participants must use compatible equipment and a functional internet connection. Any inability to play resulting from hardware issues, connectivity problems, or technical restrictions beyond Mukiz’s control shall not engage the organizer’s liability.

4. Tournament Rules

Each tournament is played exclusively on the playlist designated for the duration of the current tournament. No other game mode or playlist may be selected to participate.

Participants may play as many games as they wish during the tournament period, subject to the number of tickets available. Each game generates an individual score. The final score used for the ranking is the participant’s highest score achieved during the tournament period.

The leaderboard is updated in real time and reflects valid scores recorded by the application. The ranking displayed in the application or on the web version constitutes the sole official reference. No score may be added, modified, or corrected after the tournament has ended.

Only games fully completed before the official end time of the tournament are taken into account. Any game not completed by the tournament end time, even if started before that time, is automatically invalidated and does not generate a score.

Participants must play in accordance with the rules and the standard operation of the Mukiz application. Any attempt to bypass game mechanics, manipulate answers, or alter response speed through technical or software-based means is strictly prohibited and may result in exclusion from the tournament in accordance with these rules.

5. Winner Selection

At the end of the tournament, the winner is the participant who achieved the highest validated score before the tournament deadline. In the event of a perfect tie between two participants, the winner shall be the one who reached that score first, based on the application’s internal records.

Before final validation, the organizer may carry out any verifications deemed necessary regarding the participant’s eligibility, account compliance, and the absence of fraud or manipulation of the normal operation of the game. If any irregularity is identified or reasonably suspected, the participant concerned may be removed from the ranking.

The winner is contacted via the email address linked to their Mukiz account. They have thirty days from the date of notification to claim their prize and, where applicable, to provide the information required for its delivery. After this period, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited their prize.

In the event of forfeiture, failure to respond within the allotted time, or confirmed ineligibility, the prize shall not be awarded to another participant and shall remain the property of the organizer.

6. Prizes and Prize Delivery

The prize offered for each tournament is the one displayed in the Mukiz application or on the web version play.mukiz.com, whether it is a digital reward, including a payment via a payment service, or a physical item. The nature of the prize varies depending on the tournament. The indicated value of the prize is for informational purposes only and has no impact on its allocation.

The prize is awarded exclusively to the eligible winner of the active tournament. The prize may not be exchanged, refunded, or converted into any form of compensation, except in the event of a proven product defect or damage occurring during delivery, in which case a solution may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.

The prize shall be delivered within a maximum period of sixty days following winner confirmation. This timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the prize and shipping constraints.

When the prize is a physical item, shipping costs are covered by Mukiz within the geographical area corresponding to the participant’s detected location at the time of the tournament. If delivery is impossible or if a payment service is unavailable in the winner’s location, the organizer may offer an alternative solution where reasonably possible. If no solution can be implemented, the prize shall be deemed non-deliverable and no replacement shall be owed.

The winner must provide the information required for prize delivery within the timeframe specified in Article 5. Failing this, the prize shall be considered forfeited.
